Anxiety & OCD specialists you can trust
Offering client-centered, evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety and related disorders
LGBTQ affirming, collaborative, non-judgmental approach
The Mindful Way has been helping me over the past year. I have learned a ton of different techniques to deal with my OCD. My clinician listens without judgement and taught me to be mindful and how to cope with the uncertainties of life.
I am so grateful for The Mindful Way and ERP therapy. My clinician was kind and understanding, which put me at ease. In time, with guidance and effort I was able to face and be with my fears. I was able to grow my capacity to handle uncertainty and discomfort. I sleep normally again and live a completely regular life. What once felt like a hellish life sentence, now feels like an invitation into a new way of living that is much more fulfilling and joyful.
